This is the first stage of the project. We carry out an interview while minding the customer's vision at the same time. Next, we present the possibilities as well as the available materials and solutions. This complex process ultimately allows us to prepare a detailed offer, suited to the requirements of even the most demanding customers. In our heads the initial outline of the project is created and if possible, we are happy to visit the place where the aquarium will be placed. Thanks to such a visit already at the initial stage of preparing the offer we can suggest specific solutions of improve the existing ones. This is the perfect moment to establish a positive relationship and better understand customer's vision, which will guide us throughout the entire process of creating and maintaining the water tank.

We order an aquarium and a matching cabinet. In case of irregular dimensions, we delegate them to our subcontractors. In the meantime, in our befriended store at ul. Borzymowska 43, we connect the purchased filters. Thanks to this process, the filter media will be pre-inoculated with beneficial bacterial flora, which will significantly facilitate and accelerate the start of the tank. At the same time, we complete the elements of the arrangement and initially arrange the composition. We deal with the proper preparation and connection of elements of the arrangement, for example roots. They will be prepared by us so that they do not flow out later. We send photos of this process to the client for final approval and possible changes. A week before the set date of setting up the tank, we proceed to order the plants, and then prepare them for transport and planting in the aquarium.

In working with the natural ecosystem, difficulties are sometimes encountered, such as the development of unwanted algae. It is important to control as much as possible the processes taking place in our aquarium and react to it appropriately, in which we also offer our help. At the customer's request, we can service a tank established by us, providing solutions in the field of aquarium care and maintenance, which depends on the previously agreed scope of work, including water change, glass cleaning, plant trimming, filter and pipe cleaning, cartridge replacement, desludging, ongoing repairs and improvements, changes in the arrangement, as well as control of technical devices and periodic fertilization of the aquarium. The scope of the service is selected individually, if the customer wishes to run the tank on his own, we offer our help and advice to fully enable it. Upon a request we conduct the water test, thanks to which we can easily determine the deficiencies of the necessary elements responsible for the proper and intensive growth of plants. Thanks to the above-mentioned service, the customer does not have to worry about running the tank. Thus, it saves time and money. Our visits allow you to avoid mistakes that we can catch at the beginning of the tank operation. As standard, visits are made approximately once a week for new tanks. In the case of larger, more automated projects, the frequency of visits is reduced.
